Apple said in a statement that they perform rigorous tests throughout the entire development cycle including 3-point blending, pressure point cycling, sit, torsion and user studies. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus meet or exceed all of our high quality standards to endure everyday real life use.

In further response to the reports trending on social medias about the iPhone 6 Plus being bend in even just bare hands, Apple opened to the public the lab tests they are doing to their devices.
