Rather than spending money on medicines, salves, and body massages for those body pains, let's address the causes of the pain instead. The picture above shows an example of proper posture, seat position, monitor position, and keyboard and mouse placement. It shows how we can reduce eye strain and muscle pains.
Once we have our equipment and computer desk configured correctly, the discomfort should slowly dissipate. It may feel weird at first to be sitting straight but once we get this into practice and becomes natural to us, it actually feels good.
Changing our computer practice would help us become healthier and suffer less discomfort in the long run, which means more productivity and a happier you and me
